Dr. Kasselman is a native of Scott City, Kansas. He attended college at the University of Maryland and attended graduate school at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended medical school at the University of Kansas where he graduated in 1995. He then did a family practice residency at the University of Texas Health Center at Tyler, Texas which he completed in 1998 as chief resident. Dr. Kasselman started his career working in rural Kansas and Nebraska until 2007 when he attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he completed a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in interventional pain management, which is the treatment of pain using surgical procedures rather than pain medication, in 2011.
Dr. Kasselman does all aspects of primary care medicine at Remedy Health. His interests are the treatment of diabetes and heart disease as well as the treatment of chronic pain using non-narcotic methods. Dr. Kasselman will be seeing patients at Remedy Health on Saturdays and by previous appointment.
He loves music of all sorts, and you might find him at a local spin class or running on the treadmill with his earbuds in. He also enjoys reading, golfing, hunting and riding his motorcycle.
