With experience in Internal Medicine and Holistic Care, Jenni provides a wide variety of health care and treatment options, designed to meet patient needs.
Jenni has been a nurse practitioner for more than a decade, and uses her broad knowledge base to help patients identify treatment options that fit specific lifestyles. She encourages the use of nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and other supplements that complement traditional medical & prescription treatment plans.
Jenni is married to her childhood sweetheart, John, and they have 3 children and 8 grandchildren scattered around the US. Jenni & her husband enjoy traveling and visiting with the children & grandkids. Last Christmas, they enjoyed a Branson trip, where all 16 of them lived under 1 roof for a week- playing games, spending a lot of time outdoors together, and seeing the shows. Jenni & John are from Ridgeland, Mississippi, but lived in Kenai and Kodiak, Alaska before moving to the Omaha area.
In March, when PPE became scarce due to the sudden spread of COVID19, Jenni opened up a Facebook group called Nebraska's Hands & Feet, (Link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/masks4medics/) to make masks for nurses and other healthcare professionals. The project quickly spread as the CDC began recommending that everyone wear a face-covering. To date, Jenni and her all-volunteer sewing team have made & distributed over 80,000 face masks to hospitals, nursing homes, the Ponca Native American Tribe, rehab facilities, apartment residents, low-income neighborhoods, and a wide variety of vulnerable populations.
