A Healthy, Vibrant You

Ok! So I took some time off of blogging. I’m back. If you’re reading this, then hopefully, you’ll be a better, healthier you in a year because of it.

In a year… or in a month! It seems to be “annual physical” season at Remedy Health. We’re doing lots of annual physicals! Several a day, sometimes four or five just for me!

I couldn’t help notice, over the last week, I’ve been telling a lot of people, “You’re healthier now that you were five years ago!” Or “You’re a younger version of yourself this year!" Or even, "Way to go! You’re down 40 lbs; you’re off of your blood pressure medicine, your diabetes meds, amazing!! Keep it up!"

But, what I don’t have the heart to tell people, often, is you’re slipping. I know that COVID19 has you in the house. Get up and move, get outside, eat whole nutritious foods. I know it’s stressful. If you're feeling down, it's time to commit to seeing a counselor about your stress. Exercising is a wonderful way to combat the stress. Start setting a bedtime, without electronics, with a goal of eight hours of sleep, to also combat the stress. Keep watching your weight. Adding on 15 pounds in a year is going to be so much harder to take off. Some of you know this, some don’t - you don’t want to step on the scale but it's important to know your numbers!

I care about you and your health and I hope that you know that. I hope that’s the reason why you coming to Remedy Health. And I want to help. We have so many options to help you get started on your weight loss journey.

So, when is the last time you felt vibrant?

If you could write a check today - to lose your desired amount of weight and feel great - how much would that be worth to you?

Now, let’s have this real conversation about your health at your next appointment. Day by day, month by month, year by year, you can become VIBRANT again, and weight loss is just one part of the journey. We’ll walk beside you and cheer you on.

Let’s do this.
