KIM HARM
FWP, PMHNP
Kim Harm is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner and Institute for Functional Medicine Practitioner. She is a Level 1 Certified Internal Family Systems therapy practitioner and is certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. Kim is passionate about helping people by supporting them through life’s challenges using innovative, patient-centered, holistic care. Her mission to promote wellness and resilience.
In working with Kim, you can expect to find a supportive, non-judgmental listener. She has a trauma-informed approach to promote a relaxed, comfortable, and safe environment to share your authentic self and begin finding solutions to your concerns.
MAEN HADDADIN
MD
Dr. Maen Haddadin grew up in Amman, Jordan, which is a small country in the Middle East. He went to Jordan University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Haddadin said he knew he wanted to practice in the United States. His dad finished his master’s degree from Michigan University when he was three years old, so he transferred to Creighton University to attend their residency program.
LATRICE MARTIN
DNP, CNM, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Latrice received her Associates and Bachelor of Nursing degrees from College of Saint Mary in Omaha, NE in 2006. Latrice attended Frontier Nursing University (FNU) where she received her Master of Nursing Degree in the Midwifery program in 2009, her post-graduate degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2017, and recently her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2018.
REBECCA NEWBERRY
APRN, MS, CDE
Rebecca is an Arizona native who received her nursing degrees from the University of Arizona and her NP certificate from UNMC. She has been a Certified Diabetes Educator for over 30 years and specializes in the medical and educational management of adults with diabetes. She is experienced in the advanced technology used, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose sensors.
