Dr. Nathan Suck grew up in Aurora, Nebraska and was very involved in sports and the desire to solve problems. He always had a passion to help others, and grew up in the life of entrepreneurship. His niche is to think outside the box to tackle issues.

Dr. Kyleen Schmoker is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She grew up in Springfield Nebraska.  She began her career in healthcare at age 19 as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

With over 25 years of dedicated healthcare service, Kelly Thelen has made a lasting impact as a Nurse Practitioner. A proud Omaha native, Kelly earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999, beginning her journey in patient care. Since 2009, she has specialized in aesthetics and hormone replacement therapy, becoming a certified BioTE provider.

Rebecca is an Arizona native who received her nursing degrees from the University of Arizona and her NP certificate from UNMC. She has been a Certified Diabetes Educator for over 30 years and specializes in the medical and educational management of adults with diabetes.  She is experienced in the advanced technology used, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose sensors.

Dr. Maen Haddadin grew up in Amman, Jordan, which is a small country in the Middle East. He went to Jordan University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Haddadin said he knew he wanted to practice in the United States. His dad finished his master’s degree from Michigan University when he was three years old, so he transferred to Creighton University to attend their residency program.
